I still sometimes hear it when my heart demands it.

It is difficult to control even own feeling, own heart.
Though I should have wanted to convey my feeling, own heart that I can not control hurts an important person adversely.
I injure own which cannot but become of few words in wonder not to be able to cope with it
My own hand already became full of thought to ask myself why I have injured my own important person.

今でも時々聞きます。自分の気持ち、心でさえコントロールするこ​とは難しく、伝えたい気持ちのはずが、傷つけて、それに対応でき​ず驚いて無口になるしかない自身をも傷つけてしまう。こんなはず​じゃなかったのに・・・がもう手に一杯になってしまいました。
